Riviosa accepted Crisfield Construction's proposal for framing labor at The Crown, 4501 Via Corona. Framing is scheduled to follow the foundation and structural steel work.
In a house built around wide view openings, glass railings and a hillside section, framing is where the architecture becomes real. Openings, floor lines and the connections to steel all have to land where the drawings put them.
