02 / The secret sauce
RS is Riviosa’s operating approach, led by Vince Ngo. His systems engineering and management background at Northrop Grumman informs a disciplined process: define the outcome, coordinate the work, measure progress and resolve gaps.
The goal, approved plans, budget, assumptions and decisions stay in a common project record. Each assignment starts from the same revision and the same constraints.
Sara, Sam and Susan define the work and acceptance checks in their domains. Sid’s planned execution layer will handle bounded work packages, using parallel workers only where tasks are independent.
Business decisions, technical work and media must support the same project goal. Erik reconciles gaps, tradeoffs and conflicting recommendations, then reviews the work before public release.
Sources support research. Checks support calculations. Tests, field records and approvals support completion. Open issues carry an owner, a recommended fix and a next decision.
03 / Spatial clarity
About one hour is our target for a reviewable coordination model from suitable, complete PDFs. Timing varies with the drawings and project complexity.
Visualize
Turn plan relationships into a shared 3D view, then check scale, levels, openings and critical dimensions against the source drawings.
Coordinate
Discuss exact locations and interfaces with subcontractors. Compare changes in the model and make the work sequence easier to understand.
Update
Revise the view quickly, check what the change affects and document the approved answer before the next work package moves forward.
A coordination model supports discussion and review. Approved plans, verified dimensions and professional approvals govern field work.
04 / The advantage
Each project starts with agreed targets for schedule, cost and quality. Progress is measured against those targets, with variances, risks and corrective actions visible to owners and investors.
Delivery
Surface missing information, approval needs and long-lead items before they stop the next task. Reuse approved workflows and automate repeatable work.
Track Decision time · milestones · open blockers
Quality
Define acceptance criteria at the start. Review against approved plans, confirm critical dimensions and track inspection, defect and closeout evidence.
Track Review findings · defects · rework
Cost
Compare options against the scope, bids, operating needs and budget. Show allowances, contingency and change impacts before a spending decision.
Track Budget variance · forecast · change exposure
Transparency means sharing the full project picture: completed milestones, current forecasts, changes and unresolved issues. Goals and reporting cadence are agreed for each project. Vince remains accountable for direction and delivery; owners approve commitments. Licensed professionals remain responsible for regulated design, field safety and statutory approvals.
05 / In practice
Each stage produces a decision and a documented handoff. Erik brings the business, technical and media work back together, with Vince approving commitments and Sara publishing reviewed content.
Owner goal, scope, capital and success criteria.
Market, site, feasibility and key assumptions.
Design, budget, schedule and responsibilities.
Procurement, coordination and progress evidence.
Positioning and leasing or sales preparation.
Acceptance, closeout and operations or exit.
Illustrative workflow
Compares the upfront saving with operating cost, customer expectations, warranty and the owner’s return objective.
Checks specification, compatibility, compliance, availability and schedule impact with the responsible specialists.
Combines the evidence, identifies unresolved risks and presents a recommendation for owner approval before the change is released.
Clear strategy. Connected execution.
Evidence you can review.
