What information do the inquiry forms ask for?
The project inquiry form requires your name, email, project description and privacy consent. Phone and location are optional. Before submitting, review what you have written in the description as well as the contact fields. There is no file upload on this form, so you can describe your project without attaching plans or documents. Keep confidential financial, banking, identity and account details out of every field, as the notice above explains.
The contractor form collects a different set of details: name, company, trade, email, phone, service area, availability, work examples and references. A license number and general pricing are optional fields. The work examples box accepts descriptions and links to a portfolio or project photos. The references box asks for two recent client or general contractor references, their contact details and the work completed. Obtain their permission before sharing those details, as the form requests; this information concerns other people as well as you.
Both forms send the information you choose to enter through FormSubmit. Read the notice above before deciding what to share. If you want to review, correct or delete information after sending an inquiry, use the contact email in this notice. Identify the inquiry you are asking about so Riviosa can understand your request; avoid sending confidential documents as part of that message.
